About
I am a registered psychologist, with over a decade of experience, working with adults and couples in private practice.
My work is grounded in presence and agency, with careful attention to pace, consent, and the relational space between us. I’m interested in how people come to feel constrained — in themselves, their relationships, or their lives — and how capacity can expand when the right conditions are in place.
People arrive here for many reasons. Some are navigating transition, uncertainty, or a sense of being stuck. Others bring experiences of relational difficulty, grief or loss, or complex traumatic emotional histories. The work meets each person or couple where they are, without assuming pathology or requiring a particular story.
I don’t work from a model that aims to fix, or override parts of people. Instead, therapy supports reflection, the expansion of emotional and relational range, and an increased capacity to hold life with steadiness and choice.
My approach is informed by ongoing clinical training, supervision, and reflective practice, alongside long-standing engagement with relational, trauma-informed, and nervous-system-aware ways of working.
